Volunteer: Volunteer on our Sheldon Street farm in exchange for fresh farm veggies!The Volunteer Work Share Program offers community members the opportunity to earn fresh produce in exchange for hands-on support with farm operations. Volunteers commit to regular shifts and engage in meaningful work that supports local food access and sustainable agriculture. Eligibility and Commitment Age Requirement: 16+ (with guardian consent for minors) Season Commitment: Minimum 4 weeks preferred Weekly Hours: Typically 3–6 hours per week Agreement: Sign a Volunteer Agreement & Liability Waiver Work Exchange Model Hours-to-Produce Rate: 1.5–2 hours = 1 share (CSA equivalent value) Share Contents: Weekly seasonal produce box (~$20–25 value) Pickup: Thursday during CSA pickup or at an alternate arranged time.
